At Grateful Dead, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase; if your gear isn't hitting the right note, you can return or exchange items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to start the process and select the items you wish to send back.

  Print Your Label

  Once your request is approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email to ensure your package reaches our warehouse safely.

• 3.
  Pack Your Items

  Place the unwashed and unworn apparel in its original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached, and securely tape the prepaid label to the outside of the box.

• 4.
  Ship and Track

  Drop your package off at any authorized shipping location and keep your tracking number handy while we process your refund or exchange within 7-10 business days.
